Alex Valenzuela is an experienced California personal injury attorney whose varied experience makes him uniquely qualified to represent injured victims and victims of sexual abuse. Alex graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and obtained a Juris Doctorate from the University of California at Los Angeles-UCLA.

He began his career serving the community as deputy district attorney prosecuting serious and violent felons, including sexual assault cases. Upon entering private practice, Alex gained many years of valuable experience defending businesses and insurance companies in a wide array of matters including personal injury cases, employment cases and business litigation matters. He then found his calling fighting for the best interests of individuals who have been injured by the negligence of others or intentional abuse. He has handled hundreds of personal injury cases, including traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death, orthopedic-spinal cord injuries, disfigurements, car accidents, and premises liability cases. His experience as an insurance defense lawyer and prosecutor gives him the insight and perspective to effectively represent our clients and make sure insurance companies treat them fairly.

He knows the tactics they use to minimize settlements and can take steps to ensure that insurance companies offer his clients reasonable settlement offers. Alex grew up in the city of Pico Rivera in California and speaks Spanish fluently. He is a member of the Consumers Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and the Mexican American Bar Association (MABA).
